T Type Clamp

The terminal clamps are used to hold the aluminum straps in compression around the circumference of the Starbars. The aluminum strap and terminal clamp should be installed at the very end of the Starbar.

The "T" type is used with an expansion tool, and is useful for installations where space is limited.

The T-100+5 is an extended tool that can be used as a substitute for the T-100. An extended tool is not available for the T-90.
*The T-RA (right angle tool) can be used on any of the T-type clamps.

Specifications

Temperature Limitation

Clamps are made from heat resistant steel and should never be operated in an ambient temperature over 500ºF (260ºC).

Identification

The stainless steel clamps are stamped with a number for easy identification and proper matching to the correct diameter Starbars. The expansion tools have the part numbers marked on the handle.

Availability

Most sizes are available from stock. Others can be shipped in one week, or quicker for emergencies.

Expansion Tool

10 mm – 25 mm dia elements = T90 tool
32 mm – 54 mm dia elements = T100 tool
The T-100+5 is an extended tool that can be used as a substitute for the T-100. An extended tool is not available for the T-90.
*The T-RA (right angle tool) can be used on any of the T-type clamps.
